Your house is amazing! I was wondering what colors of light blue paint did you use on the walls?ReplyCancel

Hi Jess, thank you! The light blue-green is called Winterfresh, by Behr. You can also see a full source list right here:

Well, all I can say is WOW! You have a REALLY nice home! Go you! I have so many things that need doing, that I don’t know where to start… *sigh*

I want to find a list of zero landscaping. Ideas? Our weather is dry and I was thinking of doing a terrace design using zero landscaping plants.ReplyCancel

Hi Donna and Hannah, to be honest, we won’t be of much help in that category! Perhaps a Google search would be of most help?ReplyCancel

Hi! first of all, I looove your blog, it’s completely inspiring and fun to read/watch.
And I would LOVE to know how do you manage to have your doggies inside the house? I mean it looks so neat and perfectly organized and my pup and I are having major problems to cope with potty training and all that stuff. I WOULD BE EXTREMELY THANKFUL if you could write something about it, perhaps? Like having such and amazing home + well behaved pups. Pretty please?
    Thank you so much! xo

Carolina, you’re very sweet – thank you! I can definitely revisit a “pet-friendly” home, but to start, you can certainly check out this post on keeping things mostly fur-free:

As for the well behaved part, we work on Jack’s manners every day – and he STILL gets overly excited to greet people! However, we do work on sit, stay, shake, high five, wave, etc… Once he learns a new trick, we have him repeat them every single day to keep his brain fresh!ReplyCancel

My husband and I are currently in the middle of the same type of renovation- it is so inspiring to see the “before and after” photos from someone who’s finished with their renovation! We are also doing mid-century modern with a bit of a rustic feel. Your photos are gorgeous, as is your home!ReplyCancel
