Going Keyless + How It’s Changed Our Daily Routine

This post is in partnership with Schlage.

Over the course of this year, we’ve been slowly working on making our home a smarter place to be. This past winter, we integrated our lighting and window treatments into an automation system, and earlier this month, Scott installed a smart thermostat, too. Being able to control the way our home functions and feels, whether we’re in our home or out to dinner or even out of town, has been great for our peace of mind (plus, it’s convenient and fun!).

As much as we rave about all the convenience, when Schlage asked us to give one of their keyless deadbolts a try, we were slightly hesitant. Would it really be that big of a deal to have a keypad on our front door? To be honest, I couldn’t wrap my head around going keyless, and despite reading through the benefits, I wasn’t sure how it would directly apply to us. That said, we’ve been so, so impressed with our Schlage updates that we’ve added to the garden apartment (all the interior and exterior doors were small changes with massive impact), that we both agreed it would be a so-called risk worth taking. And spoiler, we are really glad we did. Psst: We think you’ll love it just as much, so we’re giving away a Schlage Sense bundle at the bottom of this post!

There are three keyless options to choose from (the chart at the bottom of this page is a great tool to see which is the best fit for you). We landed on the Schlage Sense™ Smart Deadbolt because of its built-in alarm sensors and, what’s even nicer is that when within range of an Apple TV, we could have the ability to view and control our lock when away from home. More on the latter in a moment, but first, let’s talk about the install:

We paired our Schlage Sense deadbolt with a Century handle and Latitude lever, both of which came in our favorite matte black finish. After removing our existing lock and touching up the door paint, the next step was to download the free Schlage app. While I added that to my phone – and in turn, viewed the demo video and scrolled through the FAQs – Scott had already quickly finished the install of the deadbolt, and he was finishing up the handleset! The instruction booklet walked him through every step of the process easily and precisely, making it a painless transition that took a total of 15 minutes. Note: It’s important to mention that there are no set-up or monthly fees, which is a huge bonus for us when it comes to any smart home additions.

Once we were up and running, my phone immediately recognized the deadbolt, and we were able to assign codes for each of us. Both Scott and I chose our own 4-digit access code, which are stored in the app with our names alongside them. Our new normal is to now tap the ‘Schlage’ followed by our 4-digit code, and we’re in!

The alternative is to open the app and tap the lock icon. When locked, the icon will be red, and when open, green. Within our settings, we chose to have the door automatically lock behind us after 1 minute, but if we’re leaving for the day, we can also tap the ‘Schlage’ on the keypad, and the deadbolt will lock immediately. The sound of the lock opening and closing is intensely satisfying, but more importantly, there’s no more fussing of keys, and no more jingling and jangling, which sets the dogs off in a tizzy that cannot be contained – hooray! Note: The option to use a key hasn’t gone away, but why would you use a key when you can punch in a few digits on a lighted keypad?

Because our deadbolt is connected to our Apple TV, we also receive notifications via Apple HomeKit. I’ve been enjoying the alerts I receive on my phone, which let me know the door has been locked or unlocked:

This leads me to our favorite unexpected perk, which is turning out to have a positive impact on our lifestyle, too. Let me explain: We have several friends peppered around the city with keys to our home. Initially, it was a back-up precaution, for when we inevitably lock ourselves out (been there!), or heaven forbid, there’s an emergency inside the house. Of course, this means that our friends have to keep the key in a safe place, where in reality, our keys were likely sitting in a jar with several other miscellaneous keys.

Now, we can create up to 30 codes for our friends and family, and we have the ability to constantly update or remove them, depending on the need. For example, if a neighbor needs to pop by to serve up Jack and CC’s dinner or give Libby her daily medication, she can simply gain access to our home with her own personal code! In addition, we can assign digits for out of town house guests, and because we’ve set our deadbolt to automatically lock after 1 minute, we won’t have to worry about whether or not the home was closed up properly. All the while, we’ll still get alerts on our phones, and we can always check the app to see if the door is locked (or not)! Peace of mind for days, we tell you. (And just think of how handy this would be for Airbnb rentals!)

Going keyless has changed the way we live day to day, and the assurance we’ve been receiving from our phone alerts has become an added layer of security we’ve come to love. This week, Schlage has also announced their Schlage Sense Wi-Fi Adapter, which is a great addition for Android users or those without a smart home system. But the very, very best part of our impactful home update is that Schlage wants to spread the love to one of you, too!

We teamed up with Schlage to supply one reader with a Schlage Sense deadbolt + handle of their choice + Wi-Fi adapter (a $400+ value), giving you the ability to customize your keyless entry in countless styles and finishes! Using the Rafflecopter widget below, enter as many ways as you’d like. This giveaway is eligible for those located in the United States and runs through Wednesday, August 23rd until 5pm CST. The winner will be announced within this post and contacted directly. Good luck and happy entering!

I love that you can still use your key! Otherwise, I would worry about being locked out of my house if the power went out.ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.17.17 - 9:04 AM

Hi Mary! The deadbolt itself works on a battery (and it will alert you when it needs replacing), so the only functionality you’d lose in a power outage is the ability to connect on your phone, since your wi-fi would also be out.ReplyCancel

I’ve been wanting to do this for our home the last couple of years and love the handle that you guys chose!ReplyCancel

We’ve been talking about making the switch, and I think the Sense would be the best fit for our family. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!ReplyCancel

  • Caitlin8.17.17 - 7:09 AM

I would love the schlage sense for our front door! My parents live close by and stop by occasionally to let our dog out but always seem to be loosing their key. It would be great to be able to just give them a code!ReplyCancel

  • Beks8.17.17 - 7:10 AM

That is really clever. I had a friend with a keyless entry, but it was next to worthless. The code never worked. This looks much more useful.ReplyCancel

UGH, how frustrating!! Sending good energy your way!ReplyCancel

  • Danielle8.17.17 - 7:28 AM

My husband just installed one of these a few weeks ago — literally days before our first baby was born. I was not convinced I would like it but it is *amazing*…especially being able to unlock the door from the car and not having to fumble with the lock when you have a baby carrier in one hand and a diaper bag in the other!ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.17.17 - 9:13 AM

Right?! I thought, how big of a deal could this be? But the mechanics are so smooth and the ease of use is incredible. Now I don’t know why we waited so long!ReplyCancel

  • sarah8.17.17 - 7:45 AM

I have a connected lever from Schlage and love it!! My parents got one years ago and it changed everything– being able to pop by their house without remembering keys is awesome! My mom gave me the lever when I bought my house, but I would love to add a Schlage Sense deadbolt!!ReplyCancel

  • Valerie8.17.17 - 7:45 AM

Omg the Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt! I want!!
I had a Schlage lock at my apartment but we have just regular old fashioned locks and keys at our new house. We’ve talked about upgrading but weren’t sure what was involved since our landlord managed it before. This is awesome though. Love the Bluetooth functionality!ReplyCancel

  • Liz8.17.17 - 7:48 AM

I’d have to go with the Century trim in matte black just like yours! I’ve been considering this for our back door (the deadbolt doesn’t always lock all the way??) and this would be the perfect addition to our home.ReplyCancel

  • Catherine8.17.17 - 7:53 AM

I love the Sense! So pretty!ReplyCancel

  • Catherine Silver8.17.17 - 8:03 AM

The schlage connect would be great for our new home, especially since the painting get broke the current front door lock ,?. What a great idea, thanks for sharing, hope I win!ReplyCancel

  • Georgia8.17.17 - 8:03 AM

We just moved into a cottage / cabin style home and I would love the Camelot style. A smart lock would be so convenient because I have gotten myself locked out of the house more than once!ReplyCancel

    • Georgia8.17.17 - 8:05 AM

Do you worry about the battery on the lock failing and not being able to get in the house? Will your keys still work in that scenario?ReplyCancel

      • Kim8.17.17 - 9:14 AM

We haven’t run into this yet, but the manual says that we’ll get a little alert when the battery is running low in the lock. But yes, in that case, the keys will still work no matter what!ReplyCancel

  • Emily Brown8.17.17 - 8:04 AM

So cool! I would love this for our dog walker – then I would know exactly when our pup was walked last, great peace of mind in that!

PS – Congrats to you both, so exciting!! I can’t wait to see the amazing nursery you put together :)ReplyCancel

  • Dana8.17.17 - 8:07 AM

We had one of these on our house we just moved from and LOVED it. We’re already planning to buy one for our new house, but would love to win the giveaway of course!ReplyCancel

  • Ann m Ingleby8.17.17 - 8:10 AM
  • Mel8.17.17 - 8:11 AM

Oh my – we need this terribly. We lock ourselves out of the house at least once a month (while walking the dog one of us will accidentally lock it) or when running out we think the other one has the key. This would help immensely –ReplyCancel

  • Amanda H8.17.17 - 8:17 AM

I have been thinking about this for awhile as I am afraid my daughter will accidentally lock us out one day. This would be nice piece of mind. I really like the Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt with Century trim in Matte Black with the Century Front Entry Handle and Latitude Lever.ReplyCancel

  • Rachael8.17.17 - 8:22 AM

All the conveniences of keyless entry AND it’s actually quite attractive to look at!ReplyCancel

  • Jane8.17.17 - 8:23 AM

We have a Schlage keyless entry and LOVE it! Ours isn’t wifi enabled… this system seems soooo much better, especially bc we airbnb our house. Gonna need to upgrade!ReplyCancel

  • Ellie J.8.17.17 - 8:25 AM

We don’t actually have a key to our current door! Bad, right! Lost somewhere along the way and we’ve been meaning to upgrade locks. How perfect would this be!ReplyCancel

  • Justynn8.17.17 - 8:28 AM

I love the style you guys picked. We have bee looking at one of these for a while now and it’s at the top of our list!ReplyCancel

  • Mara8.17.17 - 8:30 AM

We have a schlage push button lock and I’d love to upgrade to this one for every reason you listed above. We’re going on vacation next week and we need to program a code for our cat sitter. Although our current lock has the capability of adding/deleting codes to it, it’s such a hassle. This would make life so much easier!ReplyCancel

  • Allison8.17.17 - 8:37 AM

This would be great for my “latch-key” middle-schooler!ReplyCancel

  • Laura C8.17.17 - 8:38 AM

How I wish my apartment building would adopt something like this! I, too, have keys scattered around the city with various friends and dog walkers, but there’s no alternative because people need the keys to get into the building before they reach our door.ReplyCancel

  • Katie8.17.17 - 8:41 AM

This is really cool. I did wonder how, really, having a keyless entry would matter at all, but I think you’ve sold me.I might be putting one of these smart deadbolts on when i get a new front door!ReplyCancel

  • Katie Richards8.17.17 - 8:42 AM

We have keyless entry in our only vehicle and I *KNOW* how lovely it would be to have on our house! The Sense deadbolt with century trim in satin nickel would match our existing hardware and be so, so handyReplyCancel

Century Touchscreen Deadbolt Door Lock!! And I’m kinda feeling the Matte Black finish.ReplyCancel

  • Emily S8.17.17 - 8:51 AM

I like the Camelot style, but the one on your door looks great too! Decisions! We recently built a detached garage and have considered a keyless option, but haven’t pulled the trigger yet.ReplyCancel

  • NATE BABCOCK8.17.17 - 8:54 AM

I’d definitely go for the Schlage Sense mostly based on the design. It’s the simplest look which goes well with our mid-century house.ReplyCancel

  • Liz8.17.17 - 8:57 AM

The Schlage Sense looks SO nice! We just closed on our first home yesterday, so changing the locks is paramount. :)ReplyCancel

  • Ummmm, I want this so bad! We stayed at an AirBnb with one and loved it. It would have been so handy when we went on vacation and still aren’t sure if our friend came to water… Also I love your blue door. I bet you love this option with your rental!ReplyCancel

  • mkcubed8.17.17 - 9:00 AM

You mean being locked out of the house could be a thing of the past?! I think I would choose the Schlage Smart Sense deadbolt for our front door.

Inquiring minds want to know for once and for all, how is Schlage pronounced? I’ve heard it said so many different ways that I’m always afraid to actually say it myself.ReplyCancel

  • Keely8.17.17 - 9:02 AM

This looks beautiful! Your house is so inspiring.ReplyCancel

  • Liz F8.17.17 - 9:02 AM

Century trim – all of the way! I’d love it more than my luggage.ReplyCancel

  • Jenna8.17.17 - 9:10 AM

My parents have the one with the connected lever on their door from the garage and love it! I so wish I had one on our front door as it would make it so easy when we take the dogs on a walk. I wouldn’t have to mess with taking the garage door opener with me!ReplyCancel

  • This would be so perfect for Airbnb. You wouldn’t have to worry about the keys getting lost!ReplyCancel

  • Amanda Johnson8.17.17 - 9:12 AM

I’m a big fan of Amazon so even though I don’t have an Alexa (yet) the connect is looking like a benefit! I still have an iPhone 4 however so a new lock system would help to bring technology in our lives up to date!
PS – congratulations Kim and Scott :)ReplyCancel

So cool. I like the smart deadbolt with century trim and century handle! The matte black is stunning.ReplyCancel

  • Daria8.17.17 - 9:27 AM

I’ve been super intruigued by this! But I’m still apartment living, so I’d love to see my parents set up with one. I feel like it’d just be one less thing for them to have to worry about.

And it looks like they have a version that works with the Alexa instead of Apple TV. Which they have! The Schlage Connect looks awesome.

    Thanks for this post, guys!ReplyCancel

  • Cait8.17.17 - 9:27 AM

  • Carolyn H8.17.17 - 9:50 AM

Oh, I would love the Schlage Sense™ Smart Deadbolt with Century trim!! It would be so nice when our family comes over… it turns into a big hassle to have to unlock the door for them so they don’t surprise the dogs when the doorbell rings.. we have them let themselves in usually so that the dogs don’t bark and wake up my son when he’s sleeping!ReplyCancel

  • Jacki Hayes8.17.17 - 9:55 AM

With a teen and a partner who has locked himself out of the house more than once, this would be a godsend.ReplyCancel

  • Laurel8.17.17 - 10:01 AM

I’m with you guys! The Schlage Sense Deadbolt with The latitude lever is clean lined and ready to go! Love the idea of being able to change the codes. Perfect for landlords who don’t want to change locks between renters!ReplyCancel

  • Valerie8.17.17 - 10:02 AM

I’ve been wanting to go keyless for some time now but since I live in a rental I didn’t think it would be worth the investment. However, these Schlage locks look like they can be easily installed and removed when it’s time to move. I love the idea of giving a personal code to anyone who needs access to the house versus a key that can be easily passed around and duplicated.ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.17.17 - 10:48 AM

Yup, just save your old lock and switch it back when you move!ReplyCancel

  • Tanja8.17.17 - 10:03 AM

I really like the Schlage sense deadbolt with century trim in matte black.

    Thanks for sharing this.ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.17.17 - 10:05 AM

The lock itself is on a battery, so it will still work – you just wouldn’t be able to control it from the app, assuming your wi-fi was no longer connected due to the outage. Also, the key will still work!ReplyCancel

This is amazing! We don’t even use our front door because it’s so hard to unlock using the key, we just go through our garage! This would be great to have and what a neat idea to have different codes for neighbors! I love the Schlage Scence with the Century handle in the black like you have! So modern looking. Love it!ReplyCancel

  • Adrienne Breedlove8.17.17 - 11:17 AM

I’ve been wanting these locks for a new front door ever since I saw the initial install on your blog. I would LOVE a chance to win one through the giveaway!ReplyCancel

  • Danielle8.17.17 - 11:21 AM

Very cool! We considered doing this when we moved into our current house 5 years ago, but the cost put us off. Looks like the technology has improved since then, plus it’s a pain to try to hide the key for dog walkers, overnight guests. Thanks for sharing!!ReplyCancel

  • Hannah Seward8.17.17 - 11:22 AM

I’m hoping to update all the fixtures in our home to matte black and smart home technology! Schlage’s Century fixtures are my FAVE and I’m definitely going to copy you and go that route as I can afford them :)ReplyCancel

I live the idea of going keyless but is there anyway that this could be hacked so someone could unlock your door?ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.17.17 - 12:01 PM

Great question! Schlage is nuts about home security, and this product meets the highest industry standards for security and durability. We feel safer with this lock than we ever have before.ReplyCancel

This is amazing! We have schlage locks, but I need this. Since having the baby, I’ve been terrified that I’ll put my keys in the diaper bag or my purse, and accidentally lock myself out! Plus, it’d be fab for our housesitter!ReplyCancel

  • Stephanie8.17.17 - 12:05 PM

This may be a silly question but can the key hole in it easily be re-keyed? We have Schlage locks on the rest of the house that have the same key and I’d want to be sure my local home improvement/locksmith could srekey the smart lockup match.ReplyCancel

    • Sarah8.17.17 - 12:23 PM

When you order a new lock from Schlage you can generally request that they key it the same as your other doors by giving them the little number that is on one of your original keys! If you order from Build.com they have a spot to enter the number in the order screens. I work for a general contractor and we do that all the time!ReplyCancel

      • Kim8.17.17 - 12:52 PM

Ooh, good to know! We just took ours in to Home Depot to have it re-keyed, no different than we would any other lock. Thanks for the input, Sarah!ReplyCancel

  • Deb8.17.17 - 12:10 PM

I’ve locked myself out of the house so many times; would love to have this! The matte black looks beautiful and I would choose the same.ReplyCancel

First and foremost, big congrats on the big, fat exciting news!!

Never heard of this brand but after reading your post and going through their product lines, I am drooling over here.. I love when hi-tech products are beautifully designed and integrate seamlessly into our daily lives, which thankfully is the direction we are heading.

Anyway, the Schlage Sense Smart Deadbolt with Century trim in satin nickle seems to be the best fit for our front door, both aesthetically and functionally.

Thanks for your posts as always. Though I’ve never commented, I religiously read your blog and love that besides always being well-thought out, well illustrated and easy to follow, your post always so genuine with lots of personality.

Feel like I’ve written an essay but that’s that. Take care!ReplyCancel

Guys this is so perfect. We need a new handle set and deadbolt on the back door of our 1948 house and have been putting it off for 2 years because we couldn’t pick a style. Yours is gorgeous and the keyless entry is way more appealing to me after I left for a work trip last week and realized that I had forgotten to pack my house keys, my husband was leaving afor a trip before I returned, and I wasn’t sure if we had a spare key hidden somewhere outside the house. This would have beena game changer!ReplyCancel

  • Carolyn8.17.17 - 12:20 PM

We’ve got a couple of these on our garage and shop and they are great for external buildings. I don’t need to worry about grabbing my keys every time I need a tool from the shop.ReplyCancel

  • Sarah G.8.17.17 - 12:26 PM

I’m such a sucker for smart home technology and I have been wanting to replace the locks on our new house! I just thought it was a keypad, I didn’t realize there was the wi-fi connectivity component. It’s nice to hear some parents talking about how useful it would be to be able to open the house from the car with a baby. I don’t have kids yet but this will definitely be the house where we have our first baby, so perhaps this is worth the investment right now!ReplyCancel

  • Cathy8.17.17 - 12:29 PM

This looks AND sounds like a dream! I can’t tell you how hard it is to juggle a toddler, a purse, and groceries and then have to dig through your purse to find your keys! That was my life last night. Having a keyless deadbolt for the front door would be amazing!ReplyCancel

  • Laura8.17.17 - 12:29 PM

Love this! It looks so good. We’ve also started looking to make our home smart, and the Schlage Sense with Greenwich trim caught my eye! Off to convince the husband…ReplyCancel

My husband gets after me all the time to lock the door behind myself when I leave but because we live in such a quiet neighborhood I never do it. We got a Schlage keyless entry a few years ago when my husband locked himself out multiple times — with the kids — in the winter — while I was at work. It’s so convenient. I would love to upgrade to the Sense Smart so I can also use my phone. With a push start ignition on the car and the keyless entry, I never take my keys out of my purse!ReplyCancel

  • ryan8.17.17 - 3:50 PM

I love having a keyless lock on the house but ours is mechanical, nothing fancy and wifi enabled like these. We’re planning to build a detached garage with an apartment and a lock like the Schlage sense that we could monitor and change codes would be so nice. We will probably do a mix of short term rental mixed with friends and family in the apartment so I’d hate to have to manage keys for everyone.ReplyCancel

  • Dana L.8.17.17 - 3:58 PM

The Sense would be perfect for us.
A couple years ago my husband went outside (in the middle of a snowy winter wearing athletic shorts and Birks), and our dog jumped up on the door and locked the deadbolt! He didn’t have his phone, none of our neighbors were home, and there was a pizza in the oven! Eventually someone he knew happened to be riding his bike down our street, and he used his phone to call his mom because he didn’t have my number memorized. She got in touch with me, and I was able to get home before our house was overcome with pizza smoke. Where was this system then!?!ReplyCancel

  • Greta Wesslen8.17.17 - 4:46 PM

  • Jaime8.17.17 - 4:54 PM

Going keyless is a GAME CHANGER for all the reasons you mentioned. We LOVE IT!! Ours is a Schlage but it is not as fancy and hitech as yours. Would love to win an upgrade! Haha!! ( I love the set you chose!)

The other change that has rocked our world is getting a Ring video doorbell. Love it!! And they now have video motion lights that we are looking to install. All this new “smarthome” tech is getting really fun!!ReplyCancel

What an amazing product, and give away! I too have been debating the smart locks – this review is SUPER helpful and I might be updating my house ASAP :) I cannot decide which style I like more, while I love the clean lines of the Century trim, I think the Camelot goes better with the style of my home…ReplyCancel

  • Kathy8.18.17 - 8:40 AM

Are you worried the keypad may “reveal” your access numbers over time through wear-and-tear? I know some keypads wear down over time if you use the same numbers for an access/pin number.

I’ve heard of how burglars/bad guys can eventually figure out your access/pin number by seeing which numbers are worn down/worn off on a keypad.ReplyCancel

    • Kim8.18.17 - 8:54 AM

Hmm, that would be a very persistent burglar, but I agree, you can’t be too safe. The keypad itself has a pretty matte finish, which would make it harder to wear down, I would think, but I’ll keep an eye on it as we use it more and more! Scott and I also use different codes, which should help as well.ReplyCancel

  • Rust8.18.17 - 9:20 AM

Hi, I was wondering if you guys have come across any deadbolts that are keyed on both sides? My old house has front and back doors with large windows made from somewhat old glass. Our current locks, therefore, can only be unlocked with a key on either side.
I’d love to get a smart lock, but I don’t want to give up the security of that kind of bolt. If you guys have seen any such bolts, let me know!ReplyCancel

  • Ashley8.21.17 - 12:40 PM

I’m embarrassed to admit I need this for myself. I’m always locking myself out and I never seem to learn…. [sigh]. It’s probably because I hate carrying keys, I refuse to have more than my house key and car key on my keychain. Is that weird? This would really score some points with my fiancé who constantly has to drop what he’s doing to rescue me from the freezing cold ( I somehow lock myself out more often in the winter) and who is by now at the end of his rope and ready to call off our engagement. Thanks for the heads up! I was oblivious to this technology. I would love the exact combo you’ve installed on your door. This could be a marriage saver.ReplyCancel

I love the option that you guys have! The rental house we used to live in had a schlage keyless deadbolt and it was awesome! The added wifi capabilities seem even cooler.ReplyCancel

Golly what a difference! We JUST moved into our first home and I have been dreaming about new doorknobs and locks for days (is that weird??), they make such a big impact! All of the Schalge products are so ? but I’m pretty sure I would go with the Camelot!ReplyCancel

I would pick the Schlage Touch Keyless Touchscreen Deadbolt with camelot trim in satin nickel! Love the security, design choices and being able to program many temporary 4 digit codes so my dog walker can gain acess while we are away! Genius product can’t wait to update our hardware this has me excited!!ReplyCancel

We have some non-smart Schlage keyless locks on an outbuilding and a gate and they’ve always worked flawlessly. I’m looking forward to going smarter with (probably) The Sense series in a dark finish for the main house.ReplyCancel

Such a great post – I didn’t even know this technology (with the deadbolt and phone settings) existed. Now I want one for our garage door!ReplyCancel

We upgraded to our backdoor (primary entry) and our garage mandoor to Schlage Touch a few years ago – what a game changer! The ability to program for a guests/dog walker/local friends has been fantastic – not to mention not having to worry about locking ourselves out! Ours is a manual program (you have to punch in a bunch of number to get to certain “programs” within the unit), so one that connects to an app would be WAY better!! We already have Apple TVs in our home, so we’d definitely go with Schlage Sense!ReplyCancel

I was so used to coming in through a garage (no keys required) that when I moved into my current house I locked myself out almost immediately. I went outside to help the Fedex guy get something out of his truck. No shoes, no phone, husband out of town, didn’t know anyone in the city. Thankfully the Fedex guy realized what I had done, we wandered around the house to find an open window about 8ft up. He climbed through and unlocked the door. So glad he was friendly, and so glad my 65lb doggo is also friendly and didn’t mind the strange man climbing through the window. LOL. I need the Sense!ReplyCancel
