We lucked out! Both the cable wiring and the power outlet were inside the same 16" stud gap, with no cross beam. Pretty much dropped the cables down from top to bottom and fished them through with my fingers. It couldn't have been easier.

Wouldn't be without a TV in the bedroom! It's some of the only time we have to support our movie/show addictions.
We actually use an iMac computer as our TV since we rarely actually watch live television.
Thank you Hulu and Netflix!

when we first got married we had a tv in our bedroom but decided we wanted to try not having one in there for awhile. it has been about a year now and we are both itching to bring one back in. we enjoy watching some late night tv and have lately been falling asleep on the couch. also it is a nice way for me, a self proclaimed worrier, to switch on something, set the sleep timer, and drift off without thinking about all the deadlines i have looming! i'm so excited to share this post with my husband to show him even we could mount a tv. now just to find a good deal on a new tube!
